Fit around family. Fit around work.

Training and simple nutrition for busy people, especially parents. Built by a PT and dad who trains around a family too.

Lee Casey, personal trainer in Cork

Hi, I’m Lee.

Fit dad, present dad.

I’m a personal trainer based in Cork with 6 years of experience coaching busy people and athletes. With experience as a gym manager and senior trainer, I’ve seen what keeps people consistent and what makes them quit.

Then I became a dad, and my own training got turned upside down: broken sleep, no free time, and plenty of weeks where the gym just didn’t happen.

You don’t need to train like you did before kids. You need a plan built for the life you have now.

That’s what I do for my clients: simple, science-backed training and nutrition that fits around work, family and real life.

Two ways to work with me

Nutrition on its own, or with training added. Not sure which? We’ll work it out together.

Questions

Do I need a gym?

No. If you choose training, I’ll build your workouts around whatever you have: a full gym, a few bits of kit at home, or just your bodyweight.

How much time do I need?

Most clients train 3–4 times a week for 20–45 minutes. On busy weeks, even 15 minutes counts, and we plan for those weeks too.

What if I miss a week?

It happens, especially with kids. We don’t start over. We adjust and pick back up. Consistency over months matters far more than any single week.

Is it only for dads?

Not at all. My story is a dad’s story, but I coach anyone who wants training and nutrition that fit around a busy life.
